Samurai Ninja Museum Kyoto With Experience: Best Samurai Museum in Japan:
One of the complaints against Nobunaga Oda was that he was unfashionable.
"The 卍 mean peace" ah yes then why Germany started ww2 with this flag ?
Ninja’s didnt live in their own territories seperate from samurais. In fact they were most often employed by samurais and working under their command to do the dirty work not allowed by the bushido code. Im pretty sure this guy just made this whole story up for views. They were basically just spies
Of course It will have a lot of dent if you're using the edge to parry lots of attacks. But it wasn't meant to be used that way. The skills Samurais used are footwork and slashing techniques. To find the vulnerable point of the enemy and attack there. This is a stupid video.
☪︎/†
Nobunaga did not order to kill any of Akechi member historically. Which history of Japan did you read and use here?
"Rifle" yeah youre also incorrect
I first thought that that guy himself is a shinobi
I first thought that that guy himself is a shinobi
*“And that.. is how Tsushima has lost against the Mongols”*
RUclips really thinks we about to commit Seppuku💀
This is actually true. Katana is used for emergency, fashion and status which is why they use a Tachi, Uchigatana, Nodachi and Nagamaki. They also use a longbow, Naginata, Bisento and a European Musket.
During the Boshin War, samurai joined both sides of the war since they saw it as a good way to have personal gain or a way to actually see fighting in their samurai life. Even the last samurai, Saigo Takamori, was on the imperial side.
What about the tatchi?
韓国起源説について どう思う❓️
100 percent I bet a samurai was going bald so just said fuck it, shaved his head said it was for the helmet and everyone jumped on board.
NAZI
How easy would they detatch Horns on a helm can be used to manipulate you or take the helmet off by someone else
So why does he renounce bushido? Did I miss it or does he never say?
Nazi stole that shit and flipped it.
Konichiwa vader
Don’t get triggerd pls 卐 Emoji from the internet
Cool garden environment. Is it part of the museum?
Japan: 🥰 Germany: 💀💀💀💀
The thing you said was racist isn’t racist at all dumb fuck
if I learned something from movies then that you must adapt that code to the current times that you live in ( Ghost dog )
Why did the kids shave their heads? Surely, they are not wearing armor. If it's for infestation, the women didn't need to shave their heads.
Not one ever off him self after a bad call
unfortunately, originally, the swastika was first found in 10,000 BCE in Kievan rus (Modern-time Ukraine)
Gracias
卍?
Bro the sword you hit eachother with was aluminum
I recommend visiting these guys if you're in Kyoto, especially if you have kids.
I miss drinking with you. Good times at Man in the Moon.
Your information was quite invalid. The katana was not only used as a status symbol for the samurai but also as a weapon in battle, more precisely as a secondary weapon, just like pistol in the modern era.
And it still amazes me that many people in the comments section just believe what this guy says without checking its validity.😂
Second useless sword you mean
@@Burnwarcrimetemple no, secondary weapon, just like a pistol in this modern era.
I’m visiting Kyoto in September 2024 and this museum is on my list of places to visit
We are going in June!! Can’t wait to visit. Which other places are you visiting during your trip to Japan? And have you seen the Edo Wonderland in Nikko? That looks amazing as well.😊
@@hawaiianbeachessuite3502 Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Osaka and Hong Kong can’t wait
I hate to be that guy, but. I’m pretty sure Tanegashima didn’t have rifling, so I wouldn’t necessarily use the term “rifle”. “Arquebus” is a more appropriate term. I get it, for a big chuck of people any long gun is considered a “rifle” to them.
This explanation makes NO sense. If you were worried about pulling hair in war and ventilating then you would just SHAVE IT ALL OFF.
May I ask the source of "30 % of the battlefield warriers was female"? And in what era?
Samurai =Ranger (on the battlefield ) Ninja = navy seal (fast move, dirty jobs, observer) similar delta force
Wasn't the kodachi a companion to the tachi and a precursor to the wakizashi
What about the Dokkodo written in 1645 by Miyamoto Musashi with 21 rules?
Severing the-head clear off would bring the utmost disgrace to the kaishakunin (master swordsman) the goal was to strike with enough force yet enough restraint to leave it still attached?
manji call "卍"
That is ozutsu man (the gun)
Thank you so much for this video! This is very interesting & educational 🙏🏻 4:53 am 3-31-24
Very funny
So the short answer: NO
Come on now - would a handle on the top of your head not be ideal of grabbing?
Bushido is fiction. Nuff said.
